This program connects three levels of office personnel—mid-level managers, frontline supervisors, and high-potential employees—through course planning, fostering mutual guidance, growth, and the effective transfer of experience to develop key talent. Courses are designed to address competency gaps, enhancing the readiness of high-potential employees. Through Individual Development Plans (IDP), the program encourages practical application in the workplace, leading to behavioral change. High-potential employees receive guidance and feedback from their supervisors (frontline managers), while also learning management principles through case studies, preparing them for future managerial roles. Frontline supervisors also benefit from the program by improving their competency, learning techniques to guide their team members, and documenting their personal growth through IDP, with feedback from their own supervisors(mid-level managers).
