Each month, the HFC HR department will provide a list of overtime employees to their supervisors and ask them to provide care and assistance. In order to provide break rooms for employees to relax during work at appropriate times, the percentage of lounges in each location is as high as 56%. The Company also cooperates with Simple Mart to set up a snack shelf in the company.
